Welcome to Svn Sundays: A Beauty Market — we’re thrilled to potentially have you join us for a day of discovery, community, and curated beauty experiences. Below you'll find answers to the most commonly asked questions about participating in a Svn Sundays market event.
Accepted categories: beauty, skincare, wellness, fashion, accessories, lifestyle-adjacent products, handmade goods, drinks/snacks depending on venue.
PLEASE NOTE: applications do NOT secure your spot. We review each application carefully, and will reach out via email to notify you if you've been approved. Vendor spots are not confirmed until agreement has been signed and full payment is received. By submitting payment and participating as a vendor, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions in full., outlined below. Please ensure you are available on event dates, as fees are nonrefundable.

Svn Sundays will announce the next market event date, info, and location via website, social media, and email newsletter leading up to each event. Our event calendar is here
What’s included with my vendor participation?
Your vendor fee includes:

What do I need to bring?
Vendors are responsible for providing all setup materials, including but not limited to:

Table and chairs

Display items and signage

Tablecloths or branded decor

Interactive Activation element (sampling, small service, mini game, or giveaway—required.)
Electricity and Wi-Fi are not guaranteed, so plan accordingly. Please carefully review each venue application for rules pertaining to that location.
All tables must have table legs covered with clean, neutral colored tablecloths only. No bright colored tablecloths allowed. Additional vendor resources are at the bottom of this page.
Can I share my booth or bring in another brand?
No. Booth sharing, subleasing, and brand swapping are strictly prohibited. Each participating brand must be pre-approved and contracted individually.
When is setup and breakdown?
This will vary by venue, but Vendors will typically have 1-2 hours prior to Event start time. Please review your Vendor Agreement thoroughly for venue-specific times. Booths must be fully set up 30 minutes prior to event start time, no exceptions. Booth must be fully attended by Vendor or a Vendor representative for the entire event duration. Late set-up/early break-down is not allowed or may result in ban from future events.
What kind of promotional support can I expect?
Svn Sundays will promote the event through paid ads, influencer outreach, email newsletters, and social content. Inquire for a dedicated Vendor spotlight on Svn Sundays campaigns. Participating vendors will receive optional marketing assets to share. Brands are required to promote their participation by tagging @svn.sundays at least once prior to the event.
Can Svn Sundays use my brand logo or photos?
Yes. By participating, you grant Svn Sundays permission to use your brand name, logo, and likeness in promotional materials for the event you have confirmed participation for.
What happens if I cancel or can’t attend?
All vendor fees are non-refundable. There are no refunds, no exchanges, no credits, no rollovers, no booth swaps, and no booth sharing under any circumstances.
Your payment directly funds the scheduled event—this includes venue rental, insurance, permits, staffing, marketing, and all production costs that are paid upfront. Because of this, we are unable to accommodate exceptions.
Please ensure your availability before securing your space. If you can no longer attend, you must notify us in writing at least 15 days before the event so we can attempt to fill your space and in order to stay in good standing for future events. However, this does not entitle you to a refund or credit.
Will I need insurance or permits?
Yes, vendors will be asked to provide a Certificate of Insurance or necessary sales and applicable permits, depending on product category and venue/city requirements no later than 10 days of event date.
How do I secure my spot?
Event Calendar here. Apply to each event as they open up (bottom of each page) If approved, you will receive an email from hello@svnsocial.com with next steps. Then you'll complete the Vendor Agreement (acknowledgement of T&Cs* below and pay your invoice in full to lock in your spot. Spaces are limited and not guaranteed until payment is received.

Vendor Terms & Conditions*
BOOTH POLICIES
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own setup: tables, chairs, signage, displays, and branded decor. Rentals are not provided. Please carefully review each venue application for rules pertaining to that location.
All setup/visuals must receive written email approval by Svn Sundays 15 days prior to event.
All tables must have table legs covered with clean, neutral colored tablecloths only. No bright colored tablecloths allowed.
All booths must have some form of interactive experience or activation. This is to ensure our vision for Svn Sundays is upheld and fair across all vendors.

Booths are for one brand only. No exceptions. Vendors may not share, sublease, or swap booths under any circumstances.
Booth placement is assigned by the Svn Sundays team to ensure balance and flow. Requests may be considered but are not guaranteed.
You are expected to remain fully set up for the entire duration of the event. Early breakdown is not permitted.
VENDOR FEES POLICY
ALL INVOICES ARE FINAL.
There are no refunds, no exchanges, no credits, no rollovers, no booth swaps, and no booth sharing under any circumstances.
Your payment directly funds the scheduled event—this includes venue rental, insurance, permits, staffing, marketing, and all production costs that are paid upfront. Because of this, we are unable to accommodate exceptions.

FULL payment of invoice must be received by the due date in the acceptance email to lock in a spot. Partial payments are not accepted. If payment is not received on time, you understand if your accepted spot is given to the next vendor.
CODE OF CONDUCT

Booths must be fully set up no later than 30 min prior to event start time and remain open for the full event duration. (no early breakdowns) Vendors who arrive after event start time will not be permitted to set up, will be asked to leave, and will lose their vendor fee.

Failure to comply with any policy and/or vendor requirements will result in being asked to leave. No refund of vendor fee will be provided.

We reserve the right to remove any vendor, without refund, for behavior that:

Disrupts the event

Is disrespectful to staff, guests, or fellow vendors

Violates any of the above policies

Creates an unsafe or unsanitary environment

This is a safe, inclusive, and supportive space. Please contribute positively.

Vendor agrees to act in a professional manner and uphold the reputation of Svn Sundays at all times.
INSURANCE & COMPLIANCE
Vendors must provide proof of liability insurance depending on venue requirements.

Proof of General Liability Insurance (naming Svn Social LLC as additional insured)

Seller’s permit or Temporary Event Seller Registration (if required by local ordinance)

Food vendors must provide Temporary Food Facility (TFF) permit
Vendor assumes full responsibility for their booth, merchandise, staff, equipment, and conduct throughout the duration of the event. Brand agrees to participate in Event at their own risk.
Svn Social LLC and its affiliates, venues, and contractors are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury.
All laws regarding the sale of goods, cosmetics, skincare, or consumables must be followed. It is the vendor’s responsibility to comply with state and local regulations.
CANCELLATIONS &
NO SHOWS
All vendor fees are non-refundable. No exceptions will be made for illness, travel issues, personal emergencies, inclement weather, or vendor scheduling conflicts.
Cancellations will not be credited, transferred, or rolled over to a future event.
If you can no longer attend, you must notify us in writing at least 15 days before the event so we can attempt to fill your space. However, this does not entitle you to a refund or credit.
No-shows (vendors who do not notify us and do not show up the day of the event) may be disqualified from participating in future Svn Sundays markets.
We reserve the right to fill vacated booths at our discretion
Weather-related adjustments (for outdoor venues) may be made for safety—but events are rain or shine unless otherwise noted.
If the event is cancelled for any reason (at Svn Sunday's discretion), you will be given transfer dates to choose from. If you do not select a future market to transfer to, you understand you will lose the vendor fee.
If the Venue becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Svn Sundays’ control (e.g., natural disaster, government shutdown, internal venue issues), Svn Sundays will make every reasonable effort to relocate or reschedule. No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.
Svn Sundays is committed to producing a high-quality, curated, well-run experience for both vendors and guests. If for any reason your brand no longer aligns with the event’s standards or aesthetics, we reserve the right to cancel your participation. We appreciate your professionalism and understanding. In this rare case, a refund will be issued.
What Vendors Are Responsible For
Each vendor is expected to bring and manage their own:
Setup (table, chairs, displays, signage, umbrellas) No rentals provided. Vendor resources provided at bottom of this page.
POS system and/or payment solution
Clean-up and trash removal from their space.
All large boxes or trash bags must be taken home, cannot be left at the venue.
Activation element (sampling, small service, mini game, or giveaway—required.) Svn Sundays can help ideate and source custom builds as needed.
Vendor shall be responsible for ensuring sufficient inventory for the full duration of the Event.
Vendor must maintain a clean, professional booth and complete all cleanup within two (2) hours of the Event's conclusion.
WIFI, ELECTRICITY, PARKING
Electricity and Wi-Fi are not guaranteed; Brand shall plan accordingly.
If access is essential to your setup, please include in special request notes in your application, so that we may confirm if we are able to accommodate needs.
All vendor-specific operational logistics, including parking, setup, and load-in/out procedures, will be provided in advance by Svn Sundays. Vendor is responsible for reviewing and following all guidelines provided.
PROMOTION EXPECTATIONS
To ensure strong turnout, we market the event through paid advertising, influencer outreach, local media, and more—but our vendors are an important part of that momentum.
We kindly ask that all vendors:
